I am an American entrepreneur and business coach, based in Berlin, Germany. My career spans corporate development and international business, and I bring that experience to companies ready for what’s next.
I work with founders and leadership teams who are ready to grow beyond where they are today—whether that means launching a new product, entering a new market, or expanding into a new country. That kind of growth is exciting, but it’s also where a lot of businesses get stuck: the systems and structure that got you here aren’t always the ones that will get you there.
My background is in corporate development and international business, and I’ve spent my career at the intersection of strategy and execution—figuring out not just where a company should go next, but how to actually build the operations to get it there. I’ve led teams through new market entries, product launches, and cross-border expansion, and I know firsthand how much clearer that process is with the right partner in the room.
As a fractional COO and business coach, I bring that same rigor to the businesses I work with now. Sometimes that looks like retained, ongoing operational partnership. Sometimes it’s a focused strategy session to unstick a specific decision. Either way, my goal is the same: clear eyes, practical structure, and a plan you can actually execute.
Outside of work, I split my time between Berlin and the U.S.—and that global perspective shapes how I work. I bring the best of every culture I’ve lived and worked in into every room I enter, and I believe good business strategy should feel personal. The best results come from real partnership, not just advice from a distance.
